We bought two preowned Fords an escape and a Lincoln MKC. Every time we have taken our cars to Norm Reed Ford superstore Rafael Gonzalez always takes care of us. He goes out of his way to make us feel like family. Requested a call back on the Oct. 08th, 2025 and didn’t receive one. My vehicle was 45 minutes late with no call to notify me. In addition my vehicle was returned on empty with on 10 miles left.

The day of pick-up, I explained to the driver that there was something hanging at the bottom of the vehicle, he told me he would let them know. When I got the car back the same piece is hanging but actually looks worse so I called the dealership, of course no one was available to speak with me and I was told someone would call me back. It is 7pm on 10/10/25, over 24hours since I made the call and no one has reached out. For the life of me, I cannot understand why the issue was handled and my car was at the dealership approximately 5 hours. I also don’t feel like I received excellent customer service when I am not even worth a return phone call. I will be leaving this same review on yelp. I think people should not the type of service they will receive after making a huge purchase from Cerritos Ford.
