Communication with Ford was inconsistent and nearly impossible to initiate. Most of the time, I would get status updates at the end of the day, after many attempts from me or my wife to contact by phone and/or text messaging, because updates didn't come when they were supposed to. When the updates finally came, the information was always very vague, most of the time dissapointing, and left us with questions that wouldn't get answered until the next day. This was not a good experience at all and we will be looking for a different place to take our vehicle next time.

I waited a full week for a diagnosis and didn’t get one. Furthermore, I requested my car be done with no later than Tuesday and didn’t get that until Wednesday morning because no one reached out to contact about it being done. When I checked it in on the Wednesday before, Richard was saying that he would get it to me no later than Monday.

Rafael is Amazing! I had such a great experience with him that I was for sure going to write this review, and I completely forgot! My vehicle, definitely not a 2015 Mustang GT, did not want to turn on today. On my way to Norm Reeves Cerritos, I thought to myself “Man I hope The homie from last time helps me out. As I walked past his desk, I didn’t see him! “Damn, I thought. “He’s not there.” All I could think about was that he got fired because he didn’t get enough reviews, and I felt a little bad! Then out of nowhere,I see him. “Sh*t, I never wrote him the review!” And how blessed was I too have him help me again. I knew I was going to get great service, but I had to face him, he was going to remember me as the dude that didn’t leave him a review! But he didn’t, and then I felt hurt, but it went away because I’m still alive and I can keep my word. So To Rafael, great job and thank you for your excellent customer service, keep it up!
