Swollen lug nuts is what they diagnost, they couldn't preform the tire rotation as in the service, not believing what I heard i researched and found information through ford that this is mainly caused by technicians using the wrong tools or the wrong method of removing the luggage nuts, so with that said norm reeves has been the only one that has done the last 5 tire rotations that now can't be done until the lug nuts have been replaced at a cost not covered by any of the 2 warranties I have on this vehicle, so after speaking with edwardo about this he offered no ther solution than for me to purchase the lug nuts, I have had this vehicle serviced by NR since I purchased it and there was always issues with the warranties and how to read or bill because there were 3 certified used, factory, and maintenance warranties. So I was very disappointed to see we are back at this again.
So I will no longer be using you for service and will take my business elsewhere, I have bought my last 3 of 4 cars from Norm reeves cerritos and will shop elsewhere.

I am not satisfied with the outcome of the findings of the vehicle I purchased less than 3 months ago. I understand that I purchased the car as is!: However, the car has major that needs to be done not minor. I am a single parent and recently retired teacher and my funds are very limited. To be quoted over 2000 dollar to repair this car is unbelievable. My family and I have purchased cars from Norman Reeves in the past with no problem until now. My 90 mom purchased a car and her car had issues and I purchased a car on the same day that have issues. I am done purchasing cars from Norman Reeves!! I will seek help from an outside source for help. This makes no sense. I am very disappointed.I paid cash for a lemon!!!

My family's in the auto repair business, so I've always been pretty skeptical of dealership service. But over the last four years, these two have completely changed my mind.
I know there are some rough reviews out there, but honestly, my experience has been the total opposite. Francisco always tells me what's really needed, breaks down the pros and cons, and never pushes unnecessary work. He's respected my budget while keeping my Lincoln running RIGHT--and even helped me get set up with an extended warranty before mine expired. That kind of honesty and knowledge is hard to find, and something I never expected.
Emma in the loaner department has been just as great. She's upfront about availability, super flexible with my family's schedule, and always calls me back quickly. It takes so much stress out of the process.
If you want a team that's transparent, professional, and genuinely helpful--not just trying to upsell you--go see Francisco, and if you need a loaner--trust that Emma will make the loaner side a breeze. I can't recommend Norm Reeves Lincoln in Cerritos enough for service, warranty, and recall work!!!
