It took a day longer than I was originally told and again there was no communication to let me know what was happing. Eduardo was extremely professional and made up for all mishaps and lack of communication with Rudy. Rudy really fumbled this one and Eduardo picked up the ball and scored. Not only was he extremely communicative but he also made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what the timeline would be.
