Richard was very helpful and kept in touch but was not happy about the problem associated with a heat shield that’s hanging down and wasn’t hanging down before I had the transmission work done, the mechanic said there was no way to attach it. As of now Richard is looking into the problem. Other than that I am totally satisfied
