Rafael was very informative and helpful during my experience at Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. He was always transparent with pricing and recommendations when we communicated about my car. Even with the stress of having car troubles, Rafael was able to help reduce any stress by being available to talk on the phone whenever I called. He is a great employee and a great person to help me.
