I was told I could not get a loaner because I did not purchase my auto at Norm Reeves after I explicitly requested it when I made my appointment. Besides waiting my time, I was made to feel like it was my fault. Unacceptable. Complete unsatisfied.

It was very unsatisfactory. I think when a customer has to do research from other dealerships to get a job done right then there is a problem I also think a supervisor should have more respect for me than to give me excuses that the COLD weather in Southern California could make my battery go bad and when I have people treating me like u am a nuisance instead of someone that helped pay their paycheck I get very upset. I have all intentions of calling muchael gilligan and expressing this to him and will be posting all our issues on kp.org so nobody has the same experience we have. Norm reeves ford has really been a total disaster since day one which is unfortunate. Hopefully our follow up will set things in a better direction for your team.
