Tim was very polite and helpful, he answered all of my questions and I also asked him about what I needed done on my husbands fusion and he went thru the computer and checked everything and he told me what I needed done on my husband car. And I appreciate that Tim did that for me.

My vehicle was kept for three days and I was told that the technician won’t le be inspecting my vehicle to determine where an oil leak was coming from so a repair could be made. 3 days later I was told that it wasn’t done and I ended picking up my vehicle and had to take it to another mechanic. I am completely disappointed in how this was handled and I would not recommend your service department to anyone. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened to me but I bought the car there and wanted to keep it with the same dealership.
