The wait time for a service advisor was ridiculous! When I finally received one, he was a trainee!???? However, I was pleasantly surprised!???? Your dealership can definitely use more trainers like Daniel. I’m a bit disappointed in myself because I cannot remember the trainee’s name but, he appeared to be the only person of color there. ???? Daniel and his trainee got it right! KUDOS!
