I have never been hounded by service guys as much as I was last week. They tried to push me into a list of services they said were due now that I know are not recommended until 100k mile mark, which is also stated in the manual. They also tried to tell me I need a to change a cabin air filter, which is nonexistent on a 2014 Raptor. Just horrible experience overall and a big disappointment after only going to this dealership/service center over the past 7 years and having nothing but pleasant experiences until now. Trying to push more than $1200 worth of unnecessary work. I felt like I was at Audi. I vowed to never buy another Audi after my experience with their service guys. Just terrible
