I really was blown away with the service, Daniel was more than helpful he answered all my questions with detailed answers and went above and beyond with explaining the function of my vehicle and giving me a deeper understanding of all the functions. I highly recommend this man for a promotion. Matter of fact I’m starting a campaign to Vote Daniel for president.

I (34yo F) came in for an oil change with an appointment at 1:35pm, waited until 2:15pm before actually being greeted by a representative. Waited in the lobby until 4:50pm before I approached the desk to ask when my car would be ready, (was given approx 2 hour estimated wait time) at which point my car was ready however I had not been notified. Rudy shared there was a nail in my rear tire (not surprising, the tire pressure light had come on over the weekend and I refilled the tires 3 days prior to the appointment, having no issues since) and I was told it could not be repaired as it was too close to the shoulder, but that I could buy a new tire at that point (which would not be similar to the remaining 3 tires)... taking my car home I found the nail the technicians had marked, and was VERY surprised it could not be patched based on where it was within the tire, not nearly as close to the shoulder as I was made to believe. After taking it to America's Tire, they had no problem patching the tire for free as it was well-within the recommended repair area. Very disappointed with my visit to Ford all around, spending 4 hours for an oil change (with an appointment) which could have taken 30 mins at Valvoline without an appointment for them to tell me the same thing and not attempt to up-sell me on unnecessary tires.

Mr Tony Ybara is Awesome he is the most Professional, Kind, Efficient Service Coordinator there is. I was very impressed and grateful with his follow-ups and details. I think your team needs to be more honest with there customers. When they say that your Vehicle will be ready. When they say it is but is not two weeks later. When I was trying to call and the line is full on the voice mail. And you can't Reach anyone.
