I had a 7:15 appointment - the first appointment of the day - and had to wait a half hour before I left my vehicle. The oil change, wheel alignment and maintenance on the car met my satisfaction but the wait to get it serviced was unsatisfactory. I will not wait that long in the future to leave my car. There seemed to be some confusion by your service people on who was doing what. Thanks for asking.

Rudy went above and beyond. We had a special situation with GSA and another mechanic. While it may or may not have been his duty, it seemed like it shouldn't have been.
