Yes Iv gone to other Ford dealers and yes service was good. But I just moved and came to this location when I got there everything was smooth and even took away the hassle to getting back home with a lift device. I’ve been sending my car for service there since 2006 and last Saturday is one of the not so good service i had experience with your representative Francisco Betado. I think he is not into customer service, never introduced himself not until I asked his name, never have a pleasant face doing his job and I felt uncomfortable speaking to him its just whatever never discussed anything to me about the status of my car and it is so funny that he sent me a tex message 2 hrs after i was at home already saying that my car is in good hands. It’s my first time to experience this kind of customer service for my decades of being with Ford dealership service.
