Waited for 35 minutes for my car to come out and when it did come out the headliner was out of place. The service adviser did not come out to address it instead he just told the guy who brought the car out that the person who worked on my car was going to come out. That was another 15 minutes. I was on my lunch break picking up my car when they called at 10 am to tell me or was ready I told the advisor I will pick it up during my lunch and he said he was going to have it outside waiting and that was not the case.

Service was great! Just a suggestion to the company that depending on the service that’s needed a rental car should be provided regardless of the year of the car that’s owned by your customer. For instance, I needed my engine repaired and it took 2 months. I should have been helped with transportation. Especially, after providing great proof that I kept up with my maintenance very well.
