Rafael is amazing snd did everything possible to resolve my issue. He went above and beyond. He was courteous, concerned and knowledgeable. He was great at communicating and follow through. Unfortunately Ford is not standing behind their product snd fixing the paint defect so I am not satisfied with Ford, so will not be purchasing another Ford vehicle

I was very happy that Rudolph Wilson was the person helping me today. He waited patiently while I asked him a few questions and there was one he checked on for me regarding my trunk sealer. He went over everything that was done to my car and informed me of a few things that I should have done. I truly appreciate him telling me that I didn't need to have these things done today, but to have them done when I can. I really appreciate his honesty and not pressuring me to have more than I could afford to be done today. I told a neighbor the other day that I was going to Norm Reeves to have my oil changed. He told me of a place closer to home that was good. I said that I trust the people at Norm Reeves and Rudolph Wilson didn't let me down. Thank you Rudolph Wilson. Came in for a new tire that was to be ordered the day before .After 3 hrs waiting with no contact from service , I made contact with service saying about delivery of tire and it would be a 1/2 he more. . One and a half hour later my car was finished.
Price that I was quoted was over two hundred dollar difference . Finally left with quoted priced paid.
