Francisco was absolutely awesome. He did a great job communicating updates and info. He was great. I don’t know how you have a national recall for such a major quality issue and not cover the entire repair. The main problem was with the pick up process. I had to wait for an hour + for my vehicle to be brought up after I checked out with Francisco. Not his fault. In my opinion when the customer commits the night before to pick their vehicle up in the morning the vehicle should have been located, washed, and parked close to the pickup location. That is first class service abs does not cost any additional money or time. Just my opinion.

The only reason I said I was satisfied was due to the professionalism displayed by Rafael. He is always personable, courteous, professional and I truly enjoy working with him.
Truth be told, I was disappointed with my last visit. Upon picking up my vehicle I could tell the driver side fender had been wiped down due to something spilling on it (these things happen) the disappointing part was that upon leaving the garage and parking the car in the sun it was immediately evident that a used/dirty shop towel was used to aggressively remove the grime that spilled on the front fender. This caused severe "swirling" on a car that was recently paint corrected and ceramic sealed. I can't express how disappointed I was to see this. The untrained eye will not notice but all I see now is a front fender marked by terrible swirling.
I truly hope this review is read and this dealership can learn from my experience. If something has to be removed from the paint, please remove it carefully/ correctly or don't do anything at all. I much rather have been informed of any spill that took place so that I can clean the spill properly instead of someone damaging the paint. Very disappointing.
