Ivan was very responsive and I have no issues with his customer service. I have an issue with the actual service to my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for a recall (NHTSA - 21V735, Lincoln Recall - 21S44) and supposedly it was fixed but 1 day later so I experienced an issue the recall was supposed to fix. It creates a significant safety issue.
