I had an appointment and had to wait almost an hour after that appointment time before anyone came to talk to me about why I was there. What’s the point of having an appointment if I don’t get seen at that time or close to it?

Tony always keeps me informed on what maintenance needs to be done on my Explorer. In my experience with Tony he NEVER forces work to be done on my car he lets me make that decision myself and I appreciate that. Always looking out for the best interest of the customer and their car but understands that there is financial reasons for a customer’s decision.
