The contact number I was given via text yielded no replies to my inquiries. I’ve met and done business with Ivan and although the phone number that text me stated it was Ivan, Ivan was not present through phone nor in person the day of.
The phone listed as the service department # rarely works and even when I did manage to speak to someone I ended up transferred to voicemail. I waited an entire week to speak to someone in person due to my appointment date just to be told my main concern cannot be taken care of on a Saturday. I could’ve scheduled the proper appointment had anyone returned my calls or text.
