Something is wrong with that vehicle, but no one can seem to find the problem. All it’s doing is making me lose more and more money. All I need is a solution to the problem it has. Thank you

I have had an extremely unrealistic experience these past few months. My technician was Ivan Cruz and the amount of unprofessionalism he displayed really had me at a loss of words. I could not get status updates from him from the very beginning of the repair up until the final day i received my vehicle back. I would call and leave voicemails and wouldn't hear back from Ivan for weeks at a time. When he would call me and i missed the call he would leave me a brief voicemail and say he'd call me a few days later with an additional update and would never receive that follow up call. I don't think it's much to ask for clear communication when it comes to the status of the repair. While my vehicle was being repaired I was given a rental vehicle rented from Hertz thanks to Rachelle Papadatos. As grateful as I am that she was able to get me into a rental, it was frustrating that since the repair was taking so long that Hertz was misinformed as to how long the repair was going to take and my rental vehicle ended up being reported as Stolen. When I called Ivan in a panic he did not answer and didn't return my call for four days and ensured me he would talk to Hertz and resolve the issue. The following day I got another message from Hertz notifying me that the vehicle was still considered stolen and if I were caught driving it that I could be arrested. I attempted to call Ivan again and .. you guessed it voicemail! Eventually when I was finally contacted that my car was finished, Ivan also informed me that my battery had died and I would have to purchase a new one for $189
I finally got to a point where I was tired of getting the run-around and decided to come right into the shop and speak to Rachelle in person to figure out what was going on with everything and I must give her a huge thank you! Because of Rachelle I was finally able to get into my car once again and at that she made sure that I wasn't going to have to pay for the full price of the battery seeing how it had been sitting there for over 2 months. Again it was an extremely unideal experience that has left a sour note behind but the silver lining is definitely that Rachelle was able to whip everything together and sort it all out.
