I am MORE than pissed with this dealership and the whole process of "pick up and delivery" from Lincoln. They advertise that when you purchasing a Lincoln vehicle this amazing program where they come to you to pick up your car for maintenance and drop the customer off a loaner vehicle to drive. When your service is finished they bring it back to you and pickup up the loaner. You can schedule it right in the Lincoln way app. Sounds good but not so great in execution. I must give the disclaimer that it is has worked well in the past at the Long Beach location but this is the first time I tried it at the Norm Reeves Cerritos Lincoln dealership. So here is the what happened. About 2 months ago, I scheduled for a pick up and delivery using the app. A few days before the appointment, I received a call from a guy named Cristian saying they needed to cancel my appointment and reschedule the it because they no longer accept reservations made on the app. I was not happy but I went ahead and had him reschedule it 3 weeks later due to the fact the loaners were "hard to get". Today is 3 weeks later December 17th, and no one came to pick up my vehicle? I called and spoke with Cristian again and he said they have no drivers available because he called yesterday for me to confirm and I never responded. He said they can still honor the appointment and had a LOANER AVAILABLE. I said oh well no problem I will drive to pick it up and drop off myself. He said I will make sure the the loaner is available when you get there so no problem. As soon as I got to the dealership everything starting going south. They referred me to a guy named Ivan that handles Lincoln vehicles at this location and he said NO loaners are AVAILABLE and asked me was I at the right dealership? I said I am pretty sure but he could NOT find anything! So I am confused, how the hell is this happening cause I just spoke to Cristian? He eventually called Cristian but Christian lied and said he didn't say that!!! He said I never had a loaner...I waited for a loaner for over 2 months but now my loaner apparently was given to another customer!!! All Ivan could tell me was to call Cristian and **** reschedule. That is some ****. Now I look like a got damn idiot and have to start the process over again? Ivan could not resolve it and blamed it on Lincoln and said they don't have to participate in this program cause that are independent and that they give priority customers who purchased their cars/SUV with them?! He then asked me why I didn't go to Caruso Ford/Lincoln? **** I had a **** appointment 3 weeks ago. Pick up and Delivery can **** it...

Daniel was awesome to work with. He contacted me timely with additional findings and costs. My truck was ready as promised. My only complaint was I had a 10:15 appointment and was not helped until 11:15.

Rudy was great he took care of me!! I took my vehicle in for an oil change ( which they forgot to do after seeing the tech) and there was another problem for them to look at, the Technician said he reprogrammed the car and it was all fixed WELL I need to take it back tomorrow because it was NOT fixed and ANOTHER problem arose TWO DAYS of being in the service department not my choice of fun one week before Christmas!
