Customer service ****. My vehicle had old food in there and they try to mask the smell with body splash I had in my vehicle. They took $3.00 of change out my vehicle (yes I counted it). They used my car charger and air was not put in my tire. I am still trying to get in touch with someone to tell me who to file my car reimbursement claim with. And my contract says my deductible is $50 but yet I was charged a $100 deductible.

Long delays to get car take in. Need to stagger appointment times. This was our second time to drop off. First time, we waited an hour to be told due to Covid the repairs could be done. About 3 hours after our time we got a call saying don’t come to the appointment because of Covid staff issues. Second time we waited 45 minutes for someone to speak to us then another 25 until actual rep started the process
When in the customer service area, there were several reps wearing their masks on their chins. And they were chatting amongst each other with all kinds of expletives. Sorry but represent the business properly. You don’t talk like that in front of clients….ever!
The repairs were fine. Car was clean.
But again at pick up, the rep was wearing his mask on his chin along with others in the room. There is a reason you have a Covid issue.
The guys that greet outside are very friendly and seems to be the hardest workers in the area.
I used to bring a Lincoln there for all its service and it was very professional and great communication. You could really use a new team leader to get the team organized and representing your business in a better manner.
