My family had to wait 1:30 min to drop off my car that I had an appt. for. My husband said their seemed to be a woman who was a general manager yelling orders instead of helping customers. I waited on the phone about an hour to find out my car wasn’t going to be ready until the next day. My daughter waited 30 min. To get it brought to the front. The positive about the visit was Francisco’s help! He was very nice! He was able yo help my daughter get my car. If people call out sick snd you can’t accommodate the appointments call and warn the customer. Wishing your staff health and safety!

Mike was fantastic, service was great, the carwash was awful ???? trying to schedule an appointment was very difficult the ladies on the phone were extremely rude and condescending, we were told that they are very short handed ?
The service has always been great and we will still go back no matter if people are rude at times.
The Spanish lady that took our car was great the poor woman was running around trying to help everyone and Mike was great,we will stay with the dealer no matter what.
Why change Covid has made things difficult foe everyone.
