Customer service is terrible.

I was very disappointed with the parts department they didn’t answer the phone so I drove there to see if they had my part when I got there they were people working who were watching movies on their phone so I’m not sure why they did not answer the phone when I called

Crystal was both helpful and informative, she is a shining star with the Service Department! Kudos to Crystal Rivera!!

Rafael was knowledgeable Polite Understanding with great follow up as well. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. He went out of his way to assist me with my car repairs

Robyn was over the top helpful she is truly one of your best employees and made sure my truck was ready and fixed before my long road trip.

Took vehicle in at 9:30am for oil change and an issue with lumbar button in driver side. Arrived and was told vehicle had a recall, agreed to repairs as it seemed there Was a bolt that could malfunction. Vehicle was kept for two days because of recall issue not being completed. When I arrived to pick up I was told that manufacturer had already completed repairs and therefore no repairs were needed. In essence I missed a day of work for no apparent reason. Some better communication would of been appreciated.

I had an appointment at 9:30. No one came to assist me for 15 minutes, and then I waited 4 hours for my car to be done. And my car was not washed. Might seem minor but after that long wait, I was so disappointed to drive away with my dirty car. I won’t be back.

Rudy did a great job keeping me informed about my truck and the service needed.

She communicated very well I felt comfortable leaving my car in your care

Tony was very courteous and attentive to my request. He’s part of the reason why I continue to go to Norm Reeves.

The communication with Yolanda could have been much much better. I text her for an update in the afternoon as she said I could and waited for an answer. Almost an hour later I text again and was told she was going to talk to the technician. Another hour and no update. I finally called her phone number and she didn't answer and her voice mail was not set up, so I could not leave a message, she finally answered after a second call to her at this point it is 4:30 pm. I asked about my car and was told she was going to be pulling the parts for the tech now but it was actually really good that I was getting my car back same day as usually it is 24-48 hours. She said this after I let her know I use my car daily for work and had not been told that or I would have planned for that possibility. She did apologize for not saying that in the morning but over all her communication was not what I would call good it felt more like an inconvenience. I was very frustrated and would not have been had she been better at communicating. When you have someones car and are told you can call or text anytime for an update. You would think that's what you could do. I now know that I will ask for a different person (Robyn) to handle my car when I bring it in. Because she was amazing, went above and beyond both times she has had my car in her care.

Tony is always on top of it and making my experience top notch!

She’s great very helpful. She made sure to get my car fixed as fast as she could. Great communication she’s just really great at her job.
