Upon entering the building, not a single person said hello or hi. I had to walk up to the first representative and ask who I could speak to to help me check in. When I left my vehicle I asked if I could use a shuttle to take me back home. I live 1.3 mile away from the dealer. I was told the driver was out sick. When I asked if I was going to have to stay at the dealer or if there was another way to get a ride home, the rep said "well I can't do anything about the driver being sick". It was the rudest service I have ever received at the Ford service center and I walked home. I normally don't fill these surveys unless the rep goes above and beyond and I really want to let management know what a great job they did, or as in this case, what a terrible experience I had. I don't expect people to be bubbly before 8am because I am not either. But having some common courtesy and a respectful demenaor and tone when speaking to a paying customer is asking for the bare minimum. My question was valid and did not warrant such disrespect.

Rafael did a great job being my advisor. He made sure to keep me updated about my vehicle and kept me informed the entire duration of my vehicle service. He also made sure I was serviced as fast as possible when I came back to pick up my vehicle. Overall my experience was stress-free and efficient thanks Rafael.

I manage a equipment dealership for a major construction equipment manufacturer and have a full shop. I do not feel Crystal is on the right seat in the bus. She means well but comes across overwhelmed and is not consistent in follow through. Very disappointed on these past few weeks. I refer a lot of service business including my fleet of salesman trucks and will need to think twice about the relationship.

Service rep did not respect my time. My appointment was at 915. After I checked in I waited until 935. I then went inside to see what was going on, after finding the rep he stated that he had to send a report. This was after I called multiple times to try to setup an appointment. Calls were not returned until I asked to be transferred to another rep. Rudolph Wilson was my service rep.
