It took almost five hours, yes I said 5 to get a replacement tire for my vehicle. Please do better or offer loaner cars so we don’t have to sit there all day. My mistake for not just taking it to a tire dealer. Totally unacceptable wait times for service. Advisor says it takes 2 hours for a regular service. I have never waited longer than an hour for service in the 45 years I’ve been driving. Do better.
