It took almost 3 full days to replace a lift gate latch and to top it off the dealership lost my keys. Other keys and extremely meaningful keychains were attached to my keys. One that my grandmother had given to me before she passed that cannot be replaced. On top of it all… I was still charged the $100 deductible! We’ve had several other cars where service has been so much better. Dodge, Hyundai…. All EXTREMELY more pleasant. When it comes to purchasing our next vehicle we will most likely not consider a Ford simply due to our services experiences with this vehicle. No fault of the service advisors that assisted us.
