Car was at dealer for 12 days - that's a long time for the repairs that were done - camera was not in stock - I'm assuming it's on back order.
When a car is serviced it should come back washed - Ford montebello washes car - you guys don't ??
I thought the service person that handled my car was friendly and knowledgeable kept me informed - apologized for the delay - but at the end of the day car needs to be done in a timely manner - had a mustang with a clutch serviced /replaced it took the same amount of time approx two weeks. So No not completely satisfied but there were some positives to build on - spent a good deal of money on both cars - so I expect quality service in a timely manner - and car to be returned wash not with a layer of dust on it from sitting next to freeway for a while - minimum wash it -J.Belt

I could not be happier with my experience at Norm Reeves Ford supervised by Yolanda Jimenez. My battery was going bad after being replaced less than two (2) years ago. I didn't have the receipt for the battery but Yolanda Jimenez was able to prove I had purchased the battery from the dealership and was able to get me a new battery for a minimal charge of about 30 dollars. Also, my vehicle performed flawlessly on a two (2) week trip to Wyoming that saw subzero temperatures. Yolanda Jimenez did an excellent job preparing my Ford F-150 for a cross country trip in cold winter weather. I could not be happier with the service I got from Yolanda Jimenez! ";-)

Poor customer service at the beginning. The service advisor didn’t even make eye contact when I went inside to ask some questions. He just keep working on his computer and talk. In response to one of my questions he said I don’t know, I don’t work with the emails and setting up appointments. It would of sat better with me if he would of said he wasn’t familiar with it and that he would try and get someone to help me. I ask to speak with the service manager Rick who was a bigger help and had good customer service manners. I realize that it was just before a holiday and it was very busy, but good customer service will keep customers coming back.
