This has been my third visit to norm reeves. During my first visit my car experienced minor damage. This visit was to repair that damage and correct the update to my car that is still not functioning properly. My car was dropped off Monday. On Thursday my advisor called to to ask me if I was sure they had my car. THey had not known my car was on the lot for three days. They returned my car Thursday evening. My door panel was replaced and now my door collides with the front panel of my car. It now needs to go back for that. Additionally the update corrective never happened. Despite it being the third time I’ve sent it back for this. I am beyond dissatisfied. I will be returning my car Monday for above. And will be contacting ford customer service, as well as the branch manager David.

Would’ve liked an explanation on what was done on the car. Last service appointment they mentioned something needed to be changed at 60,000 miles but nothing was mentioned this time. So just a little more detailed explanation of what was done instead of just the invoice would’ve been nice. Other than that it was good.

My dissatisfaction has nothing to do w/ my service agent Tony Ybarra. Tony’s long-standing presence at Cerritos Ford is always a welcome sight not to mention his expertise & professionalism. However, I did not appreciate receiving an email encouraging me to either sell-back or trade in my Fusion just as I’m quoted the exorbitant price to repair my vehicle. That did not make me feel confident that Ford has my interests in mind at all. I purchased my Fusion in 2009 & have taken good care of it & always taken it to Cerritos Ford for repairs & maintenance & am not in a position nor do I want to cast it aside at this time.

She has been the worse specialist I’ve ever dealt with at Ford. She didn’t know my name when she called me. She indicated she would call me back by noon with an update after I had an appt at 7am. I didn’t hear from her until 4p. I called 3 time prior to 4p for an update and I was unable to locate her and didn’t get a return call.
