Poor communication, courtesy phone calls and status updates would be nice. Not being put on hold for over 15 minutes would be nice. I shouldn’t have to call to find out what’s going on with my truck. When someone schedules my appointment they should verify all parts are in stock needed to do the job. I won’t bring my truck back to this dealership for any service work or recalls. I have had the same bad experience 2x now. Very bad experience with norm reeves service department.

Rudy was very nice and I was very surprised that it only took about 2 hours to have the car serviced. Much appreciated. My only comment would be that you should have shuttle service on the weekends especially when I have prepaid for service for 2 years on the vehicle.
