I had an appointment at 9:45. No one came to assist us until we went inside at 10:35 to look for help. It was a full staff all our their computers. No one said hello when we came in and no one offered to assist us until we went up to a counter. Honestly I’ve never had such horrible service. The whole experience from beginning till the end was awful. Once we came to pick up our car the staff made us feel so unwelcome. Francisco was extremely rude. While applying our discount that we already set up prior to picking up our car was so chaotic. It took 5 people to figure it out even though we already set our price before getting serviced. I’m so disappointed by this team’s customer service.

The service department at Norm Reeves Ford is almost impossible to get a hold of. After dropping my car off I received a text telling me I could text back for information about my car. I texted twice hours later, and received no reply. As the day were on, I called multiple times, and the phone rang and rang and rang. I waited with the phone ringing for five minutes each time before hanging up. When I finally got through close to closing time, I was informed that my car was finally ready, but I could not come pick it up because they were closing. I had not intended to leave my car overnight. I am very dissatisfied with my service.
