The more I think about it I drove over 20 minutes to have my car service at the dealership I bought the car from to receive such SUB
Standard service. The last time I had the oil change( it was a quart low) I was told that I would receive a complementary car detailing service after I was not satisfied with the last car wash( water spots everywhere) I had not received that offer.

Being a customer service professional myself I have high expectations when it comes to communicating. Having to call four times this past Friday to find out the status of my vehicle is not good at all. Natalie at the appointment center was instrumental in me being able to find out the status of my vehicle. Crystal had my correct phone number on a Wednesday, then had a wrong number for me on Friday. My mileage when I dropped off my vehicle was at 83007, not 83027. I was quoted $1094 & with a discount of 10% should have been $994. I ended paying over $1100 dollars. I expect better from Ford and I feel disappointed.

As a car owner one wants specifics, especially if car is with the dealer for 1 week. Although Mr Francisco Bretado kept me up to date, I needed a little more specifics. He never told me I would not have my car for a week. Thankfully I was on vacation most of that time. Sadly there was no loaner available, even though it is part of my lease. I also got the car back dirty, the leather seats on passenger side were full of grease and car was not washed (should be complimentary) . Some items were not fixed but the young lady who returned the car to me with receipt did not review items and what was fixed and what wasn’t. I hope the service will improve since I will continue to bring my car there. My dealer is Caruso (that is where I bought the car) but my sister had a worse experience there, they had her car for 3 weeks with no loaner, so we want to give Lincoln/Ford cerritos the opportunity. Thank you for your service.

No one called to say our car was ready. We tried for 45 min. to call the service dept. and no one picked up. Finally someone answered and said they had been busy and we're not able to call. They said our car was done and was waiting for us (which it wasn't.) We arrived to find only 2 other customers and employees just standing around .This is the second bad experience that we have had with the service dept.

The overall experience was disappointing. The customer service representative that was assigned to this inquiry did not follow up with me for any updates for a little over a week. After various calls of reaching out to her she eventually reached out and provided a status. Upon the completion of the service, my car was returned to me extremely dirty, both inside and outside. This has to be the most disappointing experience we have had with Ford.
