Crystal was a very friendly service advisor. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and understood my concerns regarding replacement parts. She was happy to contact my extended warranty plan in order to resolve the issue. She further thanked me for my service which I really did appreciate!

Two days later the car went completely dead. Found out it would cost 200$ to get it back to you. I trouble shot the battery and found a loose connection adjacent to the battery not making connection I tightened it with a 13 mm deep socket the car now works well. I know I wasn’t charged for the battery but the inconvience of poor workmanship was not appreciated.

All of the service employees were sitting behind their desks doing absolutely nothing. I walked in the door and no one offered to help me. Horrible service. People seemed to laid back and comfortable. Did not appear that any employees were working. Rudolph was the only employee that did not ignore me when I asked for help.

I didn’t feel like they went above and beyond with customer service. Telling we how busy they are and how stressful this department can get is non of my business. Arguing with me about how the system doesn’t show what I clicked on the app on my phone. My rep was short and didn’t feel I was being taken care of.

The service riders were nice but not thorough. Did not call to update me on my cars service. My wife told them the car was wet if they would be cleaning that (since it was directly due to the water leakage) and they said yes don't worry. It was not even attempted to be cleaned. So now we fear it may get mold. Just so disappointing,we just made our 1st payment on the car and now are dealing with this.

I had an appointment on Wednesday 1/11 at 1:15pm arriving at 12:45, I understand I was 30min early but not to have been waited on even come 1:45pm. Being that my car was blocked in I informed the guy that put the numbers on the car that I was leaving my car. I never received a call regarding my car, I attempted calling several times leaving a message once. So I went back up there around 5:30pm only to be told my car is not ready, haven't been worked on as of yet and probably wouldn't be done until Friday the 13th around 12. I was very upset due to the fact I NEVER received a phone call informing me the status of my car, if I wouldn't have took it upon myself go up there I know I wouldn't have gotten a call because Yolanda had already left for the day. The communication between employee and customer is ridiculous. I stood and watched 5-6 employees sit behind the desk talking amongst one another and one singing but not assist with customers in lobby, one customer yelled out hello can I get some help? I just informed Yolanda that I would like to take my car, I had an scheduled doctor appointment at 10am on Friday the 13th and couldn't let my car sit not being touched. Bad experience

Car wasn’t ready by noon although I wrote on paper be ready by noon and texted it at 7am. Couldn’t get to work that day lost money I’m sure Yoland is great but over phone being told your car didn’t pass inspection for extended warranty and these things cost 35 hundred dollars while they eating over the phone and seeming non chalant while chewing! I just picked up my 400 dollar to inspect car and gonna have a broken car and my life will be ruined soon cause I can’t afford it :( I need my car but I can’t afford to pay for crucial repairs. I’m screwed :(
