I was charged $179.00 diagnostic fee to tell me why the brain of my truck that controls all the bells and whistles that I bought it for- purposely factory because Ford would stand behind their products. This was the faith I have had until this day as a proud owner of 6 new Fords in past 36 years, 3 of which have been bought at your dealership. The service counter made sure my credit card cleared before they tell me, that the part is obsolete and nothing can be done to fix it. No replacements? Its 11 years old. Boo Ford.

Rafael did a great job. He communicated very well and if it was solely him it would be awesome. However, the check in process was horrible. Made an appt at 1245 to drop off car. Received 2 text reminders and a phone call from you. There was nobody there to check my car in with. I eventually had to fill out an envelope and leave the key on the dash and left to hope it didn't drive away. When I picked up similar long line to drop off to the point they couldn't get my car out. I've used dealer service depts often in Cerritos Auto but will probably find a different dealership in the future.
