My vehicle was in your service department from 1/11/2023 through 2/3/2023. I didn’t receive any updates on my vehicle during this time 24 days. When I called Rudy Wilson on 2/2/2023 He said the vehicle was done and was ready to be picked up. I don’t believe it was coincidental that the vehicle was completed the same day and time that I happened to call. I believe the vehicle was just sitting at Norm Reeves shop. This is unacceptable, all the while I was renting a vehicle to perform my daily activities. I feel Norm Reeves is responsible for partial rental car expenses related to the service of my vehicle while it sat ignored at Norm Reeves.
