Left the vehicle at 8:15a didn’t get an update till a little after 2p called twice and my service advisor never reached out to me. I always have had great communication when I take my vehicle to get serviced there. Being short staffed is no excuse for lack of communication.

It takes too long time for just the oil changed. and My car engine light on EVAP leaked they did not check. The staff makes it difficult not that friendly to assistant. The staff ask me call back for an appointment instead help to make appointment.
