my car was not serviced because the technician was not available. I was informed of this after one hour later (I left my vehicle off at the Service Center and was dropped off at my residence). I was then informed that it would be best to make appointment Tuesday through Friday as more than one technician would be available. I wish I was informed of that when I made my initial appointment.

The staff are unfailingly cordial and polite. Gracious at all times. My issue is that had a scheduled appointment, and had to wait 45 minutes to get signed in. (after arriving 5 minutes early for the appointment). Seems like a systems issue.

Walking in I was not greeted. There were 3 males and a female behind the computer and they weren’t friendly. The male who helped me didn’t hold the door open for me and just seemed like I was inconveniencing him being there for an oil change. I would have liked to had the opportunity to have been in the system and had been offered additional services. When I asked to be in the system I was told no need fill out the paper work. Little to no direction when dropping the car off. It would’ve been helpful to have a computer printed receipt of drop off instead of having to hand write it myself. The text message for when the car was ready should’ve included a time to pick up by since no direction was given at drop off. All around I was expecting better service.

For an early start to the 2 days I came to bring my vehicle, Crystal Lopez was always in a positive attitude and very attentive. Constant communication via text message, which kept me informed to go about my day. Nice lounge. Friendly staff. Thanks for the chai latte and hot chocolate.
