This took over a months. The greatest experience was Robin who was keeping me calm. I’m grateful for her. The manager was very apologetic I know you are going through a hard time with a shortage of help. But I’m 68 my only vehicle it really stressed me out. Because I needed a vehicle to get around. I had already spent 400 renting a vehicle for a week finally the manager helped. The other problem I called many times and left messages on the service line no one returns calls. The whole e patience was really bad. You guys need to fix the service department it’s a mess. Robin was wonderful. I’m in marketing in healthcare.
service is all you have. You really need help. I’ve bought two vehicles from Norm Reeves but I don’t think I’d do it again. I appreciate the lady on the team she apologized a million times she did her best. But please revamp your service department. It’s a mess. So sorry for this negative feedback. Kathleen

I was promised a new grill assembly that broken by youre technicians and lost my original ROCKYRIDGE wheel locks
Im so unsatisfied with the out coming
