Daniel was great but the checkin took almost 45 minutes despite having an appointment. It also took 2 days to get an oil change and have a bolt tightened to get rid of a rattle. The whole process took too long for a simple service appointment.

Rudy is the best! You are lucky to have him and you should do everything to keep him happy! He was the one who took the time to listen to my concerns and have the problem fixed. I went to another dealer in Long Beach at 32,000 miles with this issue, where we bought the car and told my I was crazy and laughed at me. Finally we went to Norm Reeves and problem solved. What a difference to have someone that cares like Rudy. He saw me as a person and treated me with respect and kindness. I would recommend Norm Reeves (because of Rudy) anytime!
