Adrian was hard to reach and didnt seem aware of the status of my vehicle the entire time I interacted with the service dept. I was happy with the staff who checked in my fleet vehicle for a 40k service and it was encouraging that the service rep who was at the counter at 7am on Thursday Mar 2 was understanding and was able to get the situation with my vehicle status figured out and release my vehicle to me so I could get back to work at my job but I was left without it and with no explaination why after the service was completed on Mar 1 at 5pm when I was told Adrian had already gone home for the day and couldnt pick it up on Wed Mar 1 like I was expecting I could when I made my appt. I was also annoyed that two different times I was asked if I wanted to sell or trade in my fleet vehicle which is owned by Donlen, not me. This is a no- brainer and seems like a waste of resources of your sales staff.
