Daniel went out if he’s way to give me a Uber driver for a pickup. I told him it was not necessary, since a my friend was going to drop me off at the dealership. I believe Daniel, went above and beyond the norm.

I had asked Francisco to use my Ford Pass points when it came time to total the invoice butvthey were not included. It made my bill about $31 higher then I expected. I didn’t notice until I had paid the bill and left.
Otherwise Francisco did a fine job of communicating with me and handling my service needs.
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income so $31 seems like a lot of money these days.

I had an appointment to get a simple oil change. I was told it would take about 2 hours which I thought was too much time but agreed. 2 hours and 30 minutes later my truck still hadn’t been taken in to the service bay. I had to speak to the service person who talked to the maintenance manager and magically the car in front of me was taken in then mine. It took over 3 hours to get a simple oil change. No other services such as checking brakes etc… this is completely unacceptable.
