Rudy is awesome and friendly! He also very knowledgeable and communicates back timely! He was extremely helpful and took care of all my needs. He set me up with a shuttle ride home and also worked with me on picking up my truck on my schedule. Rudy went out of his way to for me and my family!

I brought my 2022 F-150 in for an oil change and to investigate these critical error that keep popping up on the screen. Since I also paid an additional $3k for the premium maintenance plan, I also asked them to replace my wiper blades (which is included in the plan). After holding my car for 3 days, only an oil change was performed (according to the paperwork). They said my wiper blades were fine and didn’t replace them. What is the point of that plan if you don’t provide what I rightfully paid for? Also, they said they couldn’t duplicate the errors I get all the time saying the collision warning is faulty. I even showed them pictures of what I get and showed them the alerts I get on my phone.
What a joke when it comes to customer service. I guess I’ll try a different dealership.
