Robyn Was a great service advisor but unfortunately the tech couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck when I did the ride along with the Tech I was able to show one of the 3 issues that were wrong and still could not figure out what was wrong with it. I submitted a video of a second issue that I was having and still the tech could not recreate the issue. I brought the truck in twice for the same issues and no one seems to be able to figure it out. It could be an instrument cluster problem, It could be a valve body problem or a simple sensor. the truck was in Ford possession for approximately 2 week.
