Unfortunately I had a terrible Service experience last week. It started with my morning appt for an SUV oil change and airbag light illumination not being at the time promised by phone so when I arrived @ 8am they told me I didn't have an appt, but they'd try to accommodate (scheduled for 8:20am, actually 9:40am), then had to speak to 3 difference service agents, didn't leave the drop-off until 9:15am, which was ridiculous (yes, over an hour wait for drop off!). Then I got a text at around 3pm from Rudy stating they would only be able to do the oil change and not the safety diagnostic for the airbag. At drop off I told them this was my primary family vehicle and the airbag issue was a concern, plus I suspect it was related to the seatbelt/airbag recall they worked on my last visit. Shouldn't I have been prioritized? Not at Norm Reeves Ford! Also, that text asked if I would like to leave the vehicle until Monday... Are you kidding me? I replied 4 times as I needed to pickup the vehicle that day and called the dealership 2 times with ZERO responses. I literally couldn't reach anyone. I then called the appt line and someone said they would pass the message to the service team wgo would call me back soon. Never happened. No phone calls from Service Center, just the 1 text message. I was at work at it was bow approaching 6pm, so I left work and guess what? Upon arrival yhe Service Center was CLOSED! I was very upset as you can imagine. What kind of Customer Service operations is this? I spoke to someone in sales and they said nobody had the keys, and that everyone left early, and so I asked for a Manager. Someone was going to give me my car back! I then stepped outside and saw the Service team preparing the leave so I walked in and spoke to my advisor, who said they were in a staff meeting, and apologized for not seeing my text messages. I was livid and loudly told everyone there as they were packing up to leave about my frustration, and why wasn't anyone answering the phone and that I needed my car as I was now late for a 6:30pm personal appt. They all said nothing and one-by-one left me and my Service advisor there to close up. It took him another 30 mins to ring me up. I asked for the service summary (which he hadn't printed until I asked, which indicated some additional maintenance actions in red) and also asked why he didn't call me rather than assume I'd be okay leaving my car over the weekend until Monday? Just said yes, he should have. Then he said he needed to move some cars and locate my vehicle - There were 4-5 other advisors there earlier, why didn't anyone volunteer to help bring out my car? That took another 15 mins! I was very late to my event as a result. Service Culture is not Norm Reeve's strength or core competency! Never bringing my car back here for Service again!!!

Did early bird drop off. No one called me & at 2pm I called you. Found out the actual heater/defroster issue was not properly looked at & that the part needed for my camera was on back order with no ETA. I was never given an estimated diagnostic fee for either service item, but charged $179 for a camera you cannot fix.
