My Ford Explore ST 2022 has a recall for the backup camera screen turning blue. I made an appointment to bring in for repair. I took a days of work just to bring in vehicle for it is a safety feature and wanted to get fixed. Up on arrival Yolanda checked my vehicle in and said it would take all day to get fixed. I told her I would wait for it anyways since it’s the only vehicle I have. As I was waiting in lobby, Yolanda called me on my cell phone and said vehicle would not be able to get repaired for Ford put a hold on the recall with no explanation what do ever. I was very upset for the miscommunication that the service department couldn’t relate that info to me when I made my appointment. So wouldn’t have to loose a days work and be frustrated. Very disappointed in the handling of the situation.

In my opinion, Crystal went above and beyond to get my truck issue’s corrected and communication levels are beyond outstanding and satisfactory. In dealing with the warranty company, Crystal also went above and beyond in that aspect.I’ll be taking my truck back to Ford for future routine maintenance!!!

Ricardo has great customer service, what I did not appreciate was to be skipped in the service line, I had cone number nine , but Daniel another advisor decided to help the person behind me with cone number 10. I don’t think it was fair, I also took the time to make an appointment.

You need more workers to check people in. I had an appointment at 8 and didn't get checked in until 840. The lady there was trying her best, but she was all by herself. If this is how it is going to be, then we will not be returning.
