There was a major lack of communication . Was told it would take a half day and at 3 I was finally texted it would be later (after I had called and texted numerous times ) . In the end it wasn’t ready until the next day at 11:00. To top it off there is a chip on the console and I have to bring it back after the part comes in . Not happy

I have both a premium service and premium maintenance plan and since bringing my service to norm reeves I have been charged a deductible and for parts that are covered and told my maintenance plan is only good for oil changes,so with that said I will be investigating why the plans I have purchased seemed to be not what I purchased at norm reeves.

When I went on the website it had the works oil change for $79 even but when I got to Ford they charge me $79.95 and gave me all type of excuses on why it wasn't $79 even but clearly the coupon online set $79 so that's definitely a problem if you guys are not going to honor the coupon and take it off your website not satisfied at all

Crystal was incredibly helpful. My comments are in no way a reflection on her. Her helpfulness is pretty much the only reason I will be returning to Norm Reeves. The general level of service I have received over the last few visits has declined so far from where it was. Most recently, you sent a person to my house for a mobile recall inspection that was initially described to me as required, yet you had no record of it. That raises all kinds of red flags & concerns for the safety of my vehicle. This is just the latest incident that degrades my confidence in Norm Reeves.
