We dropped off the vehicle the night before the appointment, which was at 10:30 AM. We did not receive any updates regarding the status until we showed up there at 4:30 PM. The car was still not worked on and I had left a text message and a voicemail and a written message for Yolanda. She never got back to us And never called me to acknowledge she received any of those messages.
