The car had several lights out and I was unable to take the car after I purchased it a week earlier online. I had to Uber to my hotel and was told I would be reimbursed. That hasn't happened. I also had light issues on my drive home. A dealership representative happened to contact me about free windshield coverage I hadn't signed, so I told him about how the headlights would flash on and off. He seemed concerned and said he would get back to me. He hasn't. I took the car to a repair facility due to it being a safety issue and had it repaired. I was traveling with my family and didn’t have an appointment. Yolanda made sure to accommodate my urgent needs and she was able to help me get my truck running again. Waited too long for a service that can take on average about 45-60 minutes. I would know. I was service advisor for 3 different manufacturers. Oil changes with MPI’s can be done with that time. I waited an Hour and half in the customer lounge area, then Walked out hoping that it my would be in the middle of being serviced. But for me to see that it was sitting in the EXACT same spot I left it in. I personally don’t believe it was my Advisors fault. I’ve been in his shoes. Cars get done with they are done. But there has to be some fire under the right asses to get these cars in and out. That or hungry people willing to work.
The wait time to get written up for service wasn’t that bad. About 10 minutes or so… so that’s fine. Only thing was that I saw no hunger in the guys eyes to sell. I’m not an open wallet, but at 15k I would have been selling me a 4 Wheel alignment check. I mean im glad he didn’t pursue it. I’m sure I would have been here another 2-3 hours.
Will I come back? Yeah, only because of how convenient it is for me to come and go, but it wouldn’t take much for me to look for somewhere else with a better service time.
