I showed up for my Oil change appointment on Saturday 04/15/23 and Ricardo Torres was such great help,A coolant leak was found on my vehicle upon the service and he contacted me right away and he explained all of my options very well, over all he was very professional & did a great job. I will definitely book my next appointment with Ricardo, Thanks to him again.

The wait for the work to be completed was too long. When I agreed for some recommended work to be done, I was asked if I could leave my car overnight. I said no and told the associate I needed my car and not do the recommended work. When my car was finally given back to me I was informed that the mechanic had broken a part on my car and that I am going to have to come back for them to fix it.
