My car was in your service department for about three weeks, when I took my car to be inspected I took all the papers including the ET insurance, I showed this paper to Yolanda and she told me that doesn’t cover anything,
After two days she called me to tell me that my 2017 Escape with 35k miles, needs a new engine and the cost is $10k. I went to pick up my car because I didn’t have the money to fix it. I had talk to my family member and one of the found the ET insurance, we called and they told me my car was cover and I had to take my car to ford and they will pay for all the repairs. I took my car back to ford where Yolanda again checked and this time she saw the Insurance on the system.
After three weeks and me calling leaving mms , Yolanda call me on Saturday April 8th at 7am to tell me that ET insurance approved the repairs and my car would be ready on Tuesday but after me calling the receptionist had to walk to the service department to asked the status of my car
I can’t express how stressful these three last week, where I thought I need it 10k to fix and then waiting for news
I don’t know how your service department works but this experience could be void of they only check the computer.
I been a customer of ford since 2007 leasing cars and the escape was my first car I bought with you guys
Definitely a mistake I won’t make it again

Was told there is a oil/ transmission leak by service representative. Technician does know the difference? Hood open light kept coming on which has never happened before. 2 valve stem caps were left off. Was told it would cost 300 dollars to tell me where the leak was coming from ? Seriously.
